Dr. Brian Young, DO
Dr. Brian Young is a skilled and diligent internist and medical director for Belle Sante Medical Spa. Dr. Young attended A.T. Still University in Kirksville, where he received his medical degree, and completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at Bi-County Community Hospital. He also holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Detroit Mercy. Dr. Young is certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the Michigan Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons.
Jessica Harpe
Jessica Harpe, founder of Belle Sante Medical Spa has lived and worked in the St. Clair Shores area for many years. In 2021, Belle Sante Spa re-branded as Belle Sante Medical Spa and now offers medical spa services including Botox, body contouring, laser hair removal and much more.
Josh
With 14 years working in the Medical Spa & Plastic Surgery industry and Certification in Project Management, Josh has an extensive knowledge of both medical aesthetics and business. As our team lead, Josh continuously helps our business grow by specializing in brand awareness and hospitality. He works diligently to guarantee that both staff and clients feel educated and cared for.

A seasoned member of the team, Jess began working for Belle Sante Medical Spa in 2019. She graduated in 2013 with a degree in Medical Administration. After 7 years of working in the beauty & skincare industry, Jess made the move to the aesthetics field. She has developed a passion for helping clients find the right treatments to make them feel their best. When she’s not at her desk, you can find her around the spa working on her next creative project or at home with her cats.

Alyssa is an artist turned client coordinator living in the St. Clair Shores area with her husband. She is currently pursuing her degree in Media & Communications Art at Wayne State University. Her friendly and conversational presence makes her an essential part of our team. She ensures every client feels welcomed from the moment they walk through the door. In her free time, she enjoys reading and brushing up on her nail art skills.

Her aesthetic skills focus on utilizing neuromodulators and dermal fillers to enhance natural beauty. Amanda’s knowledge of facial anatomy and physiology ensures every client receives safe and effective results. Amanda is a social butterfly, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, traveling, and sporting events.

Abeer, RN BSN
Abeer studied at the University of Detroit Mercy. She worked as a registered nurse in the ICU before deciding to further her education and specialize in aesthetic medicine. Abeer is working towards her goal of becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she is set to graduate from the University of Detroit Mercy in May 2025. Abeer’s favorite part of her career is creating natural and undetectable results for her clients. She specializes in facial balancing and treats each client’s unique facial anatomy with precision and care.

Lauren is a dual-licensed massage therapist and esthetician, bringing a unique blend of skincare expertise and therapeutic touch to our spa. She earned her license from Dorsey College in 2023 where she found interest in myofascial and trigger point release therapy. Whether she’s helping clients achieve glowing, healthy skin or providing a deeply relaxing massage, Lauren tailors each treatment to promote overall well-being. When she’s not busy at the spa, you can find her kayaking, thrifting, and collecting vinyl.

Brianna received her Esthetician License from Elevate Salon Institute. As a new graduate, she is full of knowledge and ready to start her career in medical aesthetics. She specializes in facials and is dedicated to helping clients enhance natural beauty and achieve their skincare goals. Her passion for the beauty industry doesn’t stop there. Brianna is also a 2x Certified Lash Technician and trained in Spray Tanning. She is outgoing and a true lover of the outdoors. In her free time, Brianna enjoys the lake life. Soaking up the sun, boating, and fishing.

Vince is a licensed massage therapist and member of the National Certification Board For Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork. After graduating with a degree in music from Wayne State, he decided to switch career paths and focus on helping others through healing and wellness. As a board-certified massage therapist, he is passionate about helping clients relieve tension, reduce pain, and feel their best. Vince is practiced in many modalities of massage therapy including swedish, deep tissue, massage for recovery, and hot stone. He loves to stay active and spends time playing disc golf and riding his motorcycle.

She uses her knowledge of massage therapy and life experience to help others on their own healing journey. Gail loves improving her client’s well-being and relieving pain through massage. She specializes in targeting issues like Sciatica and other painful trigger points around the spine. When she’s not promoting wellness, she can be found playing video games and exploring her creativity through writing.
