Dr. Brian Young, DO
Dr. Brian Young is a skilled and diligent internist and medical director for Belle Sante Medical Spa. Dr. Young attended A.T. Still University in Kirksville, where he received his medical degree, and completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at Bi-County Community Hospital. He also holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Detroit Mercy. Dr. Young is certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the Michigan Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons.
Jessica Harpe
Jessica Harpe, founder of Belle Sante Medical Spa has lived and worked in the St. Clair Shores area for many years. In 2022, Belle Sante Spa re-branded as Belle Sante Medical Spa and now offers medical spa services including Botox, body contouring, laser hair removal and much more.
Josh
Josh is our creative director and office manager. He has worked in the medical spa industry for over 10 years and as such, has gained extensive knowledge in procedures and services. As our creative director, Josh continuously helps grow our business by specializing in brand awareness and hospitality with fantastic attention to detail. With clients’ needs at the forefront, he works diligently with them to guarantee that they are comfortable throughout their time with us. Josh oversees all day-to-day operations of the spa and ensures things run smoothly.
Jess
Jess is the kind of person that can immediately put a person at ease. Her calming nature and compassion make her the perfect face for our Medical spa. She has extensive knowledge of skin care treatments and always goes out of her way to make sure that every client feels welcome and leaves with a smile on their face. Some of her personal hobbies include bird watching and antiquing.
Abeer
Abeer is working toward becoming a Nurse practitioner with an expected graduation date of May 2025. She worked as a registered nurse in the hospital setting before deciding to further her education and specialize in aesthetic medicine. Now a member of Belle Sante Medical Spa, Abeer believes that patient satisfaction is a key component to meeting the needs of each individual, which helps to foster positive relationships between members of the medical community and their patients. When she is not working Abeer loves to spend time with her family.
Amanda
Amanda received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Michigan State University in 2013. She began her career in nursing at a local hospital providing exceptional care to the inpatient population. She elected to pursue additional training specializing in aesthetic medicine in 2015. Her aesthetic skills focus on utilizing neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and other modalities to enhance natural beauty and provide patients with satisfactory results In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going up north, golfing, and enjoying MSU sporting events.
Misty
Misty is a leader in the industry, with over 17 years of experience at some of the most prestigious medical spas in the U.S. Her knowledge of aesthetic and facial treatments makes her one of the most knowledgeable Aestheticians in the area. Misty specializes in custom skincare treatments and Laser Hair Removal services.
Melanie
Melanie believes that the canvas underneath the makeup is what is truly beautiful. She specializes in skincare and takes pride in helping her clients achieve their skincare goals. On her day off you can probably catch her spending the day with her husband and kids, enjoying some time outdoors and drinking a nice cold brew.
Vince
Vince believes that true wellness starts with relaxation and balance. As a skilled massage therapist, he is passionate about helping clients relieve tension, reduce stress, and feel their best. Whether it’s a deep tissue massage or a soothing relaxation session, Vince tailors each treatment to meet his clients’ needs. When he’s not in the spa, you can find him on the disc golf course, playing music, or camping with his friends.
Lauren
Lauren is a dual-licensed massage therapist and aesthetician, bringing a unique blend of skincare expertise and therapeutic touch to our spa. Whether she’s helping clients achieve glowing, healthy skin or providing a deeply relaxing massage, Lauren tailors each treatment to promote overall well-being. Her passion for both skincare and bodywork allows her to take a holistic approach to beauty and wellness.
Gail
Gail has a passion for the art and science of massage therapy, always striving to expand her knowledge through continued education. Gail takes pride in tailoring each session to her clients’ unique needs, helping them feel their best. When she’s not in the spa, she enjoys computer games, creative writing, and exploring new techniques to enhance her massage experience.
Daren
Daren’s passion for massage therapy and people has led him to build a career that makes him happy. He is constantly learning new techniques and approaches to help his clients improve the quality of life they desire. In his spare time, Daren loves to play the drums and video games. He enjoys meeting new people and helping ease their tension.
Alyssa
Alyssa is a warm and welcoming presence at our medical spa, ensuring every client feels valued from the moment they walk through the door. Her attention to detail and passion for client care make her an essential part of our team. With a love for both art and literature, Alyssa finds inspiration in creativity, whether she’s getting lost in a good book or exploring different artistic mediums. She takes pride in making every visit a smooth and enjoyable experience for our clients.
I understand how receiving a massage, getting a facial or having your eyebrows waxed properly can impact a person’s health and outlook. We approach each client as an individual, listening to what they want. We take your health and experience seriously.
