Scheduling & Deposits
All spa consultations & services are by appointment only. In order to obtain your desired appointment time, we recommend scheduling at least 2 weeks in advance. Call Belle Sante Medical Spa at (586) 222-8284 or book your appointment online.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment(s). The deposit will be deducted from the total amount due at the time of your appointment. A valid credit card/debit card number must remain on file at all times. Your card will not be charged without your consent unless you violate the policies listed below. Because we are a medical spa, any information you provide to us will remain confidential and protected. In case of a no-show or last-minute cancellation/rescheduling, your card will be charged in accordance to our cancellation policy. Please have your card/payment ready when booking.
Notifications
Although we do text and/or email you with an appointment reminder, it is your responsibility to know your reservation time. If you are ever unsure of your appointment time, please feel free to call and ask!
Arrival
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to check in and complete any paperwork that may be required. Many times, our providers are fully booked, and we make every effort to stay on schedule. In fairness to all of our clients, late arrivals will limit the time of your service. Your treatment will end on time so the next client’s appointment may begin as scheduled and you will be charged for the full appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, in some cases, it may be necessary to reschedule. In such cases, the cancellation policy will apply.
Cancellations & No-Shows
The time needed for the service is reserved exclusively for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies and our providers’ time. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice. If you are unable to attend an appointment, please call us IMMEDIATELY at (586) 222-8284 and management will review your case. This courtesy will not be extended to clients who repeatedly no-show. Any cancellations or rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a $50 fee charged to the existing payment method on file. Clients who fail to show up for appointments will be charged for the full cost of the service (specials and promotional pricing will not be honored) and may be asked to pre-pay for future services. Fees are subject to change.
If for any reason we reschedule or cancel an appointment, as much advance notice as possible will be given. No charge will be applied for such cases.
Spa Etiquette
We strive to maintain a relaxed and clean environment. As a courtesy to all of our guests, we ask that you help us maintain this atmosphere. While in the spa, we do not allow phone calls or excessive volume from electronic devices. If you must take a call, let our receptionist know you are stepping outside, and they will ensure you do not miss your appointment. Playing music or watching videos in the lobby without headphones is not permitted. Anyone doing so will be asked to turn off their volume or leave the premises. Please do not bring food or beverages to the spa; refreshments are available in the lobby.
Children & Visitor Policy
Please do not bring children to your appointment or your appointment will be rescheduled and your deposit forfeited. We ask that you leave all children at home when you come to receive a service. Our providers are unable to perform services safely while a child is in the room, and are not responsible for supervising your children. If you are receiving a service, you are unable to provide the necessary supervision. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 16 is permitted in the spa unless booked for a service. Due to our limited seating and our quest to maintain Belle Sante Medical Spa’s ambiance, our facilities are reserved for clients only. We are unable to accommodate any visitors accompanying clients in the treatment areas. For the safety of your children and the comfort of other guests, this policy is strictly enforced.
Age Requirements
There are limited treatment options for children. For safety reasons, no one under the age of 16 may be treated in our spa; exceptions may be made at the provider’s discretion. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult during their service. For all clients under the age of 18, a consent form must be signed by a parent or legal guardian before services are rendered. It is the adult’s responsibility to monitor the child’s behavior and make age-appropriate treatment decisions.
Health Concerns
We care about your well-being and health. When booking your visit, please advise us if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you suffer from any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, and recent surgeries or if you have any special requests as some treatments may not be safe or suitable to be carried out. Belle Sante Medical Spa will not be held liable if you do not communicate any of the above conditions to us.
Pet Policy
For the health and safety of our clients, we ask that you please leave your pet at home during your visit. Although we love animals, only working service dogs are permitted. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA. Should you arrive to an appointment with a pet that is not a service animal, you will be asked to remove the animal from our office.
Pricing & Payments
For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, debit, Spa Week and Spa Finder gift cards, or cash. We also offer affordable financing plans through CareCredit. Checks are not accepted. Gratuity is at your discretion but is highly appreciated by our staff.
If there are any payment issues with your credit or debit card or CareCredit – chargebacks, fraud issues, etc. you will be required to pay in cash for all future services/payments.
Services & Packages
Belle Sante Medical Spa does not offer refunds on any of our services. Services and memberships purchased are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.
To avoid abuse of special discounting with pre-paid treatments/service packages, refunds on remaining unused treatments will be given only after applying the full standard price of used treatments. If for some reason you are not able to use an unrendered, pre-paid service, you may do a one-time exchange of the unused portion toward other services.
Clients who have purchased our services/gift cards from third parties (Groupon, Spa Week, etc.) need to check the third-party voucher for terms and conditions, as the terms or conditions of the deal/voucher will apply. Since third party entities are paid directly by the client, Belle Sante Medical Spa cannot refund purchases made via a third party. Services that have already been rendered will not be redeemed again.
If you have purchased your service through a third party, we reserve the right to redeem your voucher at the time of booking. In the case of cancellation less than 24 hours or on the day your service is scheduled, your service will be forfeited.
Refund Policy
No refunds are offered for purchases of Gift Cards. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. The gift card number is needed to redeem its value. If you lose your gift card or are unable to provide a valid gift card number, the value of the gift card will be forfeited. All sales are final, however, they are transferable to other clients. All Gift Cards purchased after 2025 expire 5 years from the date of purchase.
We cannot accept skincare/retail product returns after 48 hours. We do not issue cash/card refunds for retail items; however, unopened/unused products may be returned (with proof of purchase) for spa credit only.
Subject to Change
Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time. We love having you as a customer, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
All special promotional prices/ memberships and discounts are subject to end without notification.
Customer Satisfaction
If you are uncomfortable with anything during your treatment (e.g. the pressure, the music, or the temperature) please feel free to let your provider know and they will be more than happy to make any necessary adjustments. Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are unhappy with any service you received here, please notify us immediately.
